Please be on the lookout for counterfeit Polyplastics products on the Chinese market. 

We at Polyplastics sincerely thank you for your continuing patronage. 

For some years now, we have been aware that counterfeits of our products have found their way into the Chinese market and we have been striving to take appropriate countermeasures to deal with this issue. Although these products were originally sold in brick-and-mortar outlets, recently there has been an increase in online Internet site sales. 
Because these counterfeits copy our company name, our product names and logos, it may be difficult for our customers to differentiate, based on packaging appearance, between genuine Polyplastics products and fake ones. Suppliers of such illicit products infringe on our trademark and other proprietary rights, and accordingly we are extremely diligent in our efforts to deal with them. Under these circumstances we ask our customers to take great care in purchasing our products from reliable sources only. 

Polyplastics will NOT tolerate counterfeit products. 

Action we have taken up to now: 

June 2011: Implemented government seizure procedures in the Dongguan market. 
September 2013: Had counterfeit products suppliers removed from an Internet commercial site. 
December 2013: Had a website removed that had plagiarized contents about Polyplastics. 
May 2014: Had counterfeit products suppliers removed from an Internet commercial site. 
June 2014: Posted a counterfeit products warning on our website 

In the past when we investigated the market and found counterfeit products suppliers, we implemented government seizure procedures and had websites removed. Going forward, this policy will continue.

Please take great care to purchase our products from reliable sources only.

Finally, please understand that Polyplastics Co., Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any quality issues which may arise when our customers use counterfeit products.
