Polyplastics Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the informal decision, reached on March 22, to appoint Mr. Toshio Shiwaku to serve as its next Representative Director and President.
The plans call for the aforementioned appointment to receive official approval at the Polyplastics upcoming regular general shareholders meeting to be convened on June 29.

1. Incoming Representative Director and President
   Toshio Shiwaku (presently serving as Director and Managing Executive Officer) will become the next Representative Director and President.

2. Expected Date of Installation
   June 29, 2017.

Also effective June 29, current Polyplastics Representative Director and President Noboru Goto is scheduled to assume the post of Executive Advisor.
