Polyplastics receives the highest rating in DBJ Employees’ Health Management Rated Loan Program

Polyplastics Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Toshio Shiwaku, President & CEO, hereinafter referred to as “Polyplastics”) received the highest rating for valuing  “a company with excellent advanced initiatives to Employees’ Health Management” in the process of the loan screening from Development Bank of Japan, Inc. (referred to as “DBJ”) based on the DBJ Employees’ Health Management Rated Loan Program.

DBJ noted the following in its rating:

  1. Polyplastics has tackled the health issues that have become apparent through the various data analyzed mainly by the health care team and has implemented initiatives that contribute to raising awareness of health among employees. 
     
  2. Polyplastics has promoted the creation of a work environment that responds to the diversification of employees and work styles in accordance with the Polyplastics Way of Work (Concept of “every employee feeling and finding pride, a sense of work, and happiness in their work).
     
  3. Aiming to improve employees’ engagement, Polyplastics has shared the Mission, Vision, and Value with employees. Furthermore, Polyplastics works toward future policy planning, such as holding workshops for each department on issues extracted from employee awareness surveys.
